**作品描述：该项目为团队年度概念方案设计之一，从CAD规划总图推敲到建模最终渲染出图。设计概念以弧形为核心与周边水泊相呼应, 社区配套采用引入式的下沉会所打造精致的高端奢侈生活体验，住宅部分多采用大户型，及270°弧形退台式景观露台，30.6米长全景端厅带来全新的住宅体验感，或许这样的设计会引领下一代的高端住宅社区流行走向。SKETCHUP+D5渲染器极快的工作效率和精准的材质表达获得工作组内部和客户的肯定，给建筑师更多创作的灵感，给未来创作提供更多便利。我们期待未来D5引领虚拟现实市场，逐渐成熟成为不可替代的合作伴侣。
The project is one of the team’s annual conceptual scheme designs, from CAD planning general drawing to modeling, and finally rendering. The design concept takes the arc as the core and echoes with the surrounding water berths. The community adopts the imported sinking club to create an exquisite high-end luxury life experience. The residential part mostly adopts large house types and 270 ° arc retreating landscape terrace. The 30.6 meters long panoramic end hall brings a new sense of residential experience. Perhaps this design will lead the fashion trend of the next generation of high-end residential communities. The extremely fast working efficiency and accurate material expression of SketchUp + D5 rendering have been affirmed by internal and external customers of the working group, providing more convenience for future creation. We look forward to D5 becoming an immature virtual partner in the future.
